Punta Sayulita, a hidden gem on the Pacific near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

I love working in real estate, especially the Luxury perks of this business! While on a recent vacation in Mexico, my traveling partners and I had the opportunity to preview an amazing Eco-Friendly Residential Development in a lush sanctuary.  I’m talking about Punta Sayulita, a hidden gem on the Pacific near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Sayulita is a cool, bohemian chic, surfing seaside village full of surprises, quaint little shops and restaurants, the town is full of Europeans and Americans who call this place home. A big thanks to my friend and colleague Paulette Jemal, of San Antonio Portfolio, who is the listing agent for this amazing  property and arranged the preview for us. We got to enjoy a VIP Lifestyle of the Rich & Famous for one day! Oh yes! A few of them are residents here, an actress, a TV Producer, a High Executive for Apple Computers, who owns not one, but two of the five different Polynesian style open floor plans available ranging in price from $1.5M to $3.8M USD. We got to enjoy the Beach & Surf Club for the day, which included multiple swimming pools, beach access, restaurant, bar, and lounge areas and a personal chef! We got pampered under the sun with the most spectacular views!  Thought you would enjoy seeing some photos of our awesome day in Paradise! Better yet, the 3 day/4 night complimentary stay in a $3.8M dollar villa is designed for very high end buyers seeking to invest in Real Estate in Mexico’s beaches, this is the perfect way experience the ultimate lifestyle and if they like it, they buy it…. My question is, what is there not to like at Punta Sayulita? If you or anyone you know is interested in this Complimentary Stay, please let me know.Sayulita1 Sayulita9 Sayulita8 Sayulita7 Sayulita13 Sayulita12 Sayulita11 Sayulita10 Sayulita6 Sayulita5 Sayulita4 Sayulita3 Sayulita2

It’s Rose time y’all!

Crisp, dry and fruity is the perfect summer wine. Its broad appeal is refreshing,

Aromatic, versatile and a great alternative to white wine.

Rose is made in France, Spain ( Rosado), Italy (Rosato), California and most of the worlds wine regions.

It is primarily made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, and it has different unique colors from pink to let light red.

Rose is  the ultimate summer wine and is suitable for any occasion.

It can be served as an aperitif, and with barbecue, grilled fish, salad, and spicy foods.

Rose does not age well, always try to buy new releases and it is best served chilled.

Please enjoy and of course with moderation!

Another reason why I love San Antonio is the great music! You don’t have to go very far to catch a great live show, since San Antonio is home to so much talent. There is something for everyone – and some of these bands we have been following for years. Add to that the laid back San Antonio vibe and the great food and you can have yourself a fabulous night out on the town! The great weather makes NOW the time to get out and enjoy this beautiful city!

Viva Fiesta!

Fiesta San Antonio is in full swing this week, regardless of the weather.  I thought I’d share a few of my favorite events.  For a list of all events, and more info on my favorites below, check out the official website:  www.fiesta-sa.org

Fiesta Carnival at Alamodome Parking Lot C.  Fun rides and assortment of foods.  Carnival runs from April 14th –  24th

A Night in Old San Antonio (NIOSA) at La Villita.  One of the biggest events each year for Fiesta.  Plenty of food, drink and entertainment representing the diverse culture and customs of our city. NIOSA runs April 19th – April 22nd

A Taste of the Northside at The Club at Sonterra.  Local restaurants serve up delicious sample bites and drinks, while bands provide plenty of entertainment.  On Wednesday, April 20th from 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Coronation of the Queen of The Order of the Alamo at Majestic Theater.  See the elaborate gowns with beaded trains of the Royal Court at the presentation of Her Royal Highness the Princess and the Coronation of Her Gracious Majesty, the Queen, with symphony orchestra accompaniment.  On Wednesday, April 20th from 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Battle of Flowers Parade in Downtown San Antonio.  This parade celebrates its 125th anniversary this year with the parade theme “Texas Traditions….125 Years!”.  Friday, April 22nd from 12:20pm – 4:00pm

Fiesta Pooch Parade at Alamo Heights Swimming Pool.  One of my all time favorites whether I’m participating with my costumed pooch or just enjoying as a spectator.  Parade starts & ends at the pool and parade route is a 2.6 mile walk through the Alamo Heights neighborhood.  Saturday, April 23rd from 8:00am – 11:00am

Fiesta Flambeau Night Parade in Downtown San Antonio.  The largest illuminated night parade in the country, and always a spectacular site to see.  Saturday, April 23rd from 6:30pm – 10:00pm

Of course, these are just a few of my favorites, there are many events taking place all over the city.   To make sure you don’t miss anything, check out the website www.fiesta-sa.org and start planning your week!
